Your purchase is 100% refundable until you give your final approval of your family tree print. Family Tree Art will provide as many drafts as you need to make your family tree print the way you want. You may request a refund of 100% of your purchase price at any time during this draft phase. No returns will be accepted once the customer has been sent a final version of their family tree print, because each tree is customized for each customer.
