Sunburst Family Tree Print

The Sunburst is designed with couples in mind. Showcase the heritage of two people on a timeline that's based on a circle, with the present-time at the center and the past on the outer edge. The lifespan of each person is represented by a colorful bar. Choose from either arcs or straight lines that connect parents to their children. When you order a Sunburst print, we will prepare drafts of both the "arc" and "straight line" child-parent connections so you can choose which one you like best. The four major colors represent your four grandparents' families. Choose from one of our color palettes, or bring us your own custom color scheme for an additional charge. Custom colors is a separate product to add to your cart.

The Sunburst is our most popular design with a wide range of size options and number of generations that can be included. Choose from:

The number of generations are for each side of the relationship. A 4-generation print can show up to 30 people, a 5-generation print shows up to 62, a 6-generation print shows up to 126, and a 7-generations print shows up to 254 people!

Choose the Digital format if you want to receive a high-resolution PDF to print your tree yourself or send to a local printer. Digital prints do not include the option to receive a second, updated tree in the future.

Choose the Paper format to receive a paper print directly from us. Your print will come on thick 43-lb, acid-free paper. When you choose a paper print, you also have the option of receiving a second, updated print anytime in the future, at no additional cost. We realize your family tree may change because of a death in the family or new research may uncover a new branch. You can feel confident in buying a print now, knowing that you can get a free, updated second print anytime later.

The print sizes offered correspond to common poster frame sizes in the US that you can buy at major retailers such as Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Wal-Mart or Amazon.

If you do not want to frame your print, we offer an optional 5 mil, 2-sided lamination that will offer long-lasting protection. This is a separate product you must add to your cart.
